Peter Sloly was a decorated veteran member of the Toronto Police Service who attained the rank of Deputy Chief of Police of the 4th largest municipal police service in North America. Over the course of his policing career he led major public safety operations and he participated in the following international policing programs: the FBI National Academy, the Pearls in Policing Program and the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Kosovo where he served for two tours of duty as a Command Staff Officer and the Canadian Contingent Commander.
Peter Sloly authored numerous articles and he was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Guelph-Humber. Prior to his policing career, Peter Sloly was a professional soccer player and represented the Canadian National Soccer Team. He sits on several local, national and international NGO Boards.
