The role of board members on non-profit boards is becoming more responsible in terms of legislation and through the expectations of funders. However little support and guidance is provided for directors of non ,profit boards to understand their role and learn the skills to become and effective director.

This is workshop designed for board members and executive directors to explore the roles and responsibilities of board members of non-profit boards.

Roles of the chair and other officers of the board

What is an organizational policy?

The policy development cycle including:
