The Blueprint to End Homelessness in Toronto

The Wellesley Institute launched its Blueprint to End Homelessness in Toronto in the spring of 2006 after reviewing a model developed in New York City in 2002. We assessed plans in communities from Red Deer to Waterloo Region. International experts were contacted, and a reference team including experts and advocates from the community, government and the private sector were involved. The Blueprint tells the story of Toronto's current housing crisis, and projects the numbers into the future.
