Wellesley Institute aims to improve health and health equity in Toronto through the development of better policy based on the social determinants of health.
There is now a volunteer opportunity to join our Board of Directors in October 2017.
We are seeking leaders or emerging leaders who are passionate about Wellesley Institute’s mission and vision, share our values and want to provide meaningful input into the oversight of the Organization.
The ideal candidate lives in the Greater Toronto Area as this is the focus of Wellesley Institute.
We are specifically interested in people who have experience in one of the following:
- ethics background/ experience;
- community diversity/equity;
- quality and performance management;
- marketing and communications
In addition, experience in decision making organizations linked to Wellesley’s goals or community or non-profit sector organizations would be an asset.
