Sue Corke is the Registrar and CEO of the College of Early Childhood Educators. She has held this position for over four years has been actively engaged in the growth and maturation of this new regulatory College and the increasing professionalization of its members. She will retire at the end of 2015.
For 30 years prior to this, Sue served in a variety of progressively senior policy and operational positions with the Ontario Public Service and the City of Toronto.
Sue’s experience with regulatory oversight and her familiarity with the issues in the early learning and care sector have given her a solid foundation for her role as Registrar and CEO of the College of Early Childhood Educators.
Sue has lived in Canada for over 40 years, completing a BA in Economics and Sociology, and an M.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Toronto. She has a special interest in governance, conflict management and intersectoral collaboration.
