A public forum with MILOON KOTHARI, United Nations’ Special Rapporteur on the Right to Adequate Housing, and BARBARA HALL, Chief Commissioner, Ontario Human Rights Commission.

Miloon Kothari, the UN-appointed expert on housing rights, is on a fact-finding mission to Canada. He is preparing an official report on housing issues and solutions, including women and housing, Aboriginal people and housing, and homelessness. He will speak on the international right to housing.
He will be joined by Barbara Hall, Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission, which recently completed a province-wide consultation on housing rights.
There will also be special presentations from STREET HEALTH, the DREAM TEAM, and others.
Everyone is welcome. The audience will be invited to offer their comments and insights.
