Announcement regarding COVID-19

As you know, over recent months, governments and organizations have been responding in various ways to address the spread of COVID-19.The World Health Organization has determined that COVID-19 has reached the level of a global pandemic. As a precaution and to decrease the spread of the virus, Wellesley Institute staff will be working remotely until the end of March. We will continue to monitor and follow the advice and recommendations of public health professionals at the City of Toronto and the Public Health Agency of Canada. During this period, all Wellesley Institute staff will be available via email.

Acknowledgement of Traditional Land

We wish to acknowledge this land on which the Wellesley Institute operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
