How Can I Use The Exhibit?
Making the Connections is a social education tool. The exhibit engages audiences in exploring the social determinants of health that affect their lives, their community and their society, as well as the tools and actions necessary for improving health equity. Making The Connections not only serves to educate, but to spark important conversations within our communities and expand the scope of policy considerations.
Combining strong visual language and research, the exhibit is appropriate for researchers, health professionals, policy planners and the general public. We take the exhibit to communities across the Greater Toronto Area and engage diverse audiences in how the social determinants of health affect their lives and our cities as a whole.
Where Can I Use The Exhibit?

It has also been taken to various neighbourhoods, community health clinics, social change fairs and engagement initiatives across the GTA.
